The binary disposition of civil disobedience, being a cornered fixation in the dualism of peace or violence is a false dichotomy.

Remonstrations, at its core, are the stark channeling of values-based interests—apt for crystallization into any fashionable machination.

Politics for capitalism—has become the connoisseur in disseminating deranged red herrings and vacuum-based incidents, to concoct schizophrenic reactions from its citizenry: Politics, par the course, has made the remonstrators the preparators and the oligarchs the saints.

The brazen deeds of the remonstrators—whether imperfect or perfect are not proportional to the palpable political graft torpedoing the nation: The diatribe parlayed toward the resistance movement, for alleged minute property damage (or property blockage), must not beckon the meteoric legal trampling, of the most sacred ecological property—the human capital.

If a republic’s creeds are to be human-centered, with depoliticization as a virtue, an impartial judiciary would honor the sovereignty vested in the remonstrators (the demos), by upholding their rights without fear or favor to the seminal managerial class.

In the theater of politics, political thespians must not lapse in their steady gaze, of being laborers for the demos—a relationship, that must not become inverted.
