If the court’s ruling is on the cornerstone of the aforementioned, Trump’s criminal trials will not cease, but proceed: An incited insurrection for discontentment with an electoral outcome, is outside the perimeter of a president’s official duties, and by extension—a conduct of impropriety for the highest office of the land.
